Original stainless steel and cast brass search light pendant conversion.
 
These compact fittings were salvaged from an old Japanese cargo ship, built during the 1970s and is of outstanding build quality.
 
The stainless dome is spun with a pressed frame securing the tempered glass, this can be opened using the wing nuts which release the cover to allow you to change the bulb. The conical section is solid cast brass and contributes to the majority of the weight.
 
All cable glands / seals have been replaced which restores the lights IP rating for use in wet zones.
