Polished aluminium dome pendant with toughened convex glass lens.
 
Originally used on super tankers and cargo ships built during the 1970s and were manufactured to IP65 standards.
 
The heavy convex glass opens the beam for a wider light coverage, to change the bulb undo the wing nuts and the hinged front opens revealing the inside of the dome.
 
The frame work around the glass is cast aluminium and the dome itself is spun aluminium, the wing nuts and cable entry gland are machined brass.
 
All wiring is replaced and ready for installation.
 
Great for use above kitchen islands, breakfast bars and dining tables etc and is also suitable for use in bathrooms.
