This substantial brass industrial ceiling light fitting was salvaged from an old Japanese cargo ship built during the 1970's and restored by Loomlight in the UK.  We have expertly converted the search light to be a pendant for down lighting areas such as breakfast islands, bar tops, dining tables, snooker tables etc.
 
The highly polished brass finish makes it stand out as a real statement in its environment, an item sure to impress.
 
The bulb is a 300 watt tungsten which provides a warm light and looks unique with the brass reflector inside the dome.  The lamp is a GES (giant edison screw) type which work well with the size of the dome. We also supply a bulb reducer E40 - E27 should you wish to use a smaller bulb.
 
The lamp is replaced by turning the five wing nuts around the rim, this releases the hinged glass lens/rim for access to the lamp.
